Drag the contents of the .dmg file to your Applications folder. Right
(option/alt) click on the GnuCash icon and select 'Open'from the menu.
Agree that you do want to open the app. You only need to follow this on
the first occasion, macOS will mark the application so it will open
normally thereafter.
