Actual values in Budget Report are incorrect

Looks like a bug.

Please file a bug report.

I see the same thing.

I noticed this when setting up my budget, but I knew I hadn’t entered some transactions yet. Now that I’m caught up, I checked the report and sure enough the actuals are not accurate. Some transactions are missing in the calculation. The expense chart also doesn’t agree with the budget report. The Expense and Income graphs though do agree with the Income Statement.
