GnuCash Install Online Price Retrieval

I have recently installed Gnucash with import from my previous Quicken files. I have not been able to find the Install Online Price Retrieval function to enable online stock price retrieval. I am running windows 8.1 and do not find a "Start Menu Gnucash Group". Windows 8.1 does not seem to have the Start Menu function.

Any help would be appreciated.
