programs stop responding

I am running Windows 7, 64bit.

I have installed GNUCash 2.6.19, Perl 5.26.1.1 64bit and Finance Quote 1.47,

When I try to get quotes GNUCash and related programs stop responding.

This didn't happen until I upgraded to Perl 5.26.

I s there a more compatible revision I should be using?
