[GNC] No file showing up at "Generic import transaction matcher"

Although locating the file proved difficult for me (a matter unrelated to
GnuCash 😊), that was not my issue. After installing v3.1, I was able to
import files.  Before the upgrade, the Import "box" was blank/empty.
