[GNC] Gnucash opens previous account used

GnuCash on MAC does not honor the open intent -- which means GnuCash will
ALWAYS open the last file, regardless of which file you click on.  In
other words, on a Mac, you must ALWAYS use File -> Open to change files. 
Clicking on a file will NOT open the file you clicked on.
