 In this case you will have to do as Adrien said:

Look at the GTK+ Inspector which graphic element that interferes with this
gap and modify it in your .css.
As the Inspector does not run on Windows, you will have to convince someone
with Inspector on another OS to look at you or... create a VM for this.
Oh..., I'm also on Windows.
