[GNC] Setting Up GnuCash

It would be worth telling us what operating system you are running
under and which version of gnucash you are using (Help > About).

I don't know that video (a link to it might be useful) and don't fully
understand what you have written, but what happens if you select  View
> New Accounts Page?  That should open a tab showing the accounts you
have created.

Even if you messed up there should never be a need to 'delete' gnucash
(I presume you mean uninstall).  You can start a new accounts file at
any time by selecting File > New File which should start the New
Account setup wizard again.
