I’m not sure if it’s the same issue really. I’m entering the transaction the same way I have been for several months yet recently it’s been problematic last 2 weeks.
I enter the total on 1 register line like this:
Cash - $200
Then I right click and select split and enter:
—————-——-— Expense $110
————————— Cleaning $ 90
Assets Checking $200
Press Return (enter)
And I’d see 1 line in register reading:
Cash - Split - $200
Now I see 2 lines in register reading:
Cash - Split - $110
Cash - Split - $ 90
