[GNC] Can't enter the number from statement

I don’t know offhand. I didn’t find any bug reports about it, but https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=635583 <https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=635583> and https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=784606 <https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=784606> suggest that not only are there problems with exchange rates/prices in scheduled transactions but that once created the transactions can’t be successfully edited.
