[GNC] Get Quotes Fails from GnuCash

I am a newish user running GC (3.3) on Windows 10.

I have set up the quotes apps so that I can pull quotes from bthe command
line (i.e., gnc-fq-dump).  Until about a week ago, I could also update
quotes from GC.

Now, it is failing regularly, but with various error messages:
- sometimes it fails immediately with an "unknown error"
- sometimes it is "Unable to retrieve quotes for these items: ..."
- other times, it will simply hand

I turned on some debugging, but I can't make sense of it.  Here is an
example line:

It looks like it worked, but it ]says it couldn't find the quotes.

Here's another example:

Any ideas?
