[GNC] Unable to install Financial Quotes

Looks like ssleay32.dll was removed as part of the mingw update :

Not sure if the cmd script (https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash-on-windows/blob/master/extra_dist/install-fq-mods.cmd) needs to remove the check or if it needs to be added back into the mingw build, as I don't follow the mingw build process.
