[GNC] Installing 3.5 deb packages on Ubuntu 19.04 Disco Dingo

I upgraded from 18.04 to 19.04 last night.  GnC (trusty) runs fine --
but, I'm unable to build due to dependencies.  I'll sort those out over
the next few days (I hope I can get it done this week) and attempt to
build 3.5 for Disco.
