[GNC] List subjects

I found an old digest in my archive while cleaning up some stuff. Here’s what the top of it looked like:

Each subsequent message was separated by a line of dashes, then ‘Message: n’ and a similar header. This is exactly what the OP was asking for. I don’t recall if I was using Mime or not, but I know I was always using plain-text e-mail. (my client setting, as well as my Mailman setting)
