[GNC] Invoice date field starts too narrow

I agree - ideally we could control which columns are used in invoices.  I never use most of them - they are just a waste of space.

As an alternative being able to set initial column width (in pixels, or percent, etc.) would be a workaround as we could set columns to 0 or 1 if they are not used, and then also set the date field to start wide enough to contain the widget + date.
