[GNC] Invoice date field starts too narrow

Hmm... I didn’t notice this back when I was using 3.6 but it might have happened for me as well.

I’m presently on 3.7 and I’ve since upgraded to Catalina.

Perhaps try 3.7 on Mojave and see if the problem is resolved. (3.7 was released in September, and another is on the way at the end of this month)
