[GNC] postpone reconciliation broken: ignores my changes

Hello Colin, I click the green reconcile button for good measure, then the
postpone - close the reconciliation window, check register which shows
pending transactions marked with a 'c'.

On opening the reconcile window none of the entries are ticked, basically
starting over.

I think in v3.4 the postpone button has been changed to a menu item.
