[GNC] Upgrade Path from version 2.6.16 on MacOS High Sierra (10.13.6) and beyond

It seems the 256 Hashes listed don’t include 2.6.21-3, only -2.
If you click the “i” on the right of the download count (you need full JS turned on to see it) you get a pop-up with SHA1 and MD5 hashes which do verify.
But I too tried downloading this earlier and MacOS told me it was damaged.
