[GNC] Account remains red after void that would put it in black

Have you tested the following:
Delete the transaction instead of using the `Void Transaction` function?
Add a reversing transaction either manually?
or using the `Add Reversing Transaction` function?
Curious to see if this discrepancy holds against all workflows.

I couldn't put a finger on when it happens but It just occurred again so I wrote down the steps that I just completed. This behavior _may_ appear any time an account goes from red negative to black positive.
