Yes, I changed the times to save as UTC with no timezone offset instead of the local time with an offset to turn it back to UTC. Our parser didn't need any changes, seems GforA's doesn't take that into account. Since Ngewi seems to be busy with other stuff maybe I should make it write out a 0000 offset on each date to accommodate him.
