[GNC] Smoother register scrolling?

There is a Linux tool imwheel which can tweak the mouse behavior on a per
application basis. It seems to be available for most Linux distributions. It
has to be installed to start at start up. There appear to be installation
instructions on the internet for a variety of distributions which can
usually be adapted.

On Linux Mint 19 my scroll wheel shifts the display up or down by 4 rows at
a time. Another thing to try is to search for whether the mouse manufacturer
has a custom driver for Linux ( most don't -only Widows and Mac).
