[GNC] Find Invoice display issue

3.7 is better, but it's still not right. The search results window now
consists of two equal sized panes. The top pane is completely blank and
the bottom pane contains the search results. If the window is resized
the two panes still occupy half the window each and the boundary between
them is not movable.
This is related to https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796945. The
problem is described in comment 4 which I added to that bug when I
reopened it last January.
I think the problem is that the same window definition is used to
specify the search criteria and to display the search results. In the
first case the top pane wants to be resizable to show more search
criteria and in the latter case the bottom pane wants to be resizable to
show more results. When this bug was fixed about a year ago the top
pane was made resizable and the bottom pane was made fixed size. With
the recent change both are resizable, which is better, but still not
good. I suspect the solution is to use a different window definition
for the two purposes.
I think that the find results window is also parented in such a way that
it can't be put behind the main window. This is also an issue although
not really related to this bug.
