[GNC] QIF Importer does not work

Hi,

 

I'm using
https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/maint/gnucash-3.9-2020-04-03-git-3.9-5
-gbedc9631f+.setup.exe? MinGW64 upgraded gtk from 3.24.14 to 3.24.16 two
days after the 3.9 release on Win 10.

 

This fixed the dual monitor issue I had with 3.9, but now the QIF importer
does not work.  Gets to the 'Select' menu item, but it just hangs from
there.
