[GNC] Gnucash and Windows 10 Aero snap feature

There's no config for that. AeroSnap isn't fully supported by Gtk. For a somewhat technical discussion of why and whether it will change in Gtk4, see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/issues/105.
