[GNC] Open two files at once

HI,

GnuCash doesn't allow multiple data files to be open.
Do do what you want you need two instances of GnuCash running in parallel.
How you do that is definitely OS specific.

I honestly don't know if MacOS allows you to run two instances
simultaneously.
