[GNC] Trouble building 4.1

I'm on Ubuntu 20.04. I have built several 3.x versions successfully in the
past. But I am having trouble building 4.1.

Here is the end of the `cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$HOME/.local
../gnucash-4.1
` output where it seems to fail:
