[GNC] sequential use of Gnucash on multiple computers

Hi John

To clarify, did you catually load books from database into gnucash from
multiple separate computers (at separate times)? It seems to me that when
using the database option the lock persists after shutting gnucash down,
this effectively making it a single client setup.
