[GNC] Can't get GNUCASH to work on OSX

When I open the dmg there's 5-6 files so I just copy them all over and yes
CMD not CTRL - Windows muscle memory taking over :-) Using Big Sur 11.1
these days so I guess the prompts have changed somewhat
