[GNC] GnuCash 4.4 Announcement/GnuCash 4.3 Announcement

Following up, Derek reconfigured his network so that code.gnucash.org supports IPv6. This is a first test to see if that changes the way my mail gets routed. If it goes through I'll try resending the 4.4 announcement with the copies.
