[GNC] How to work with paypal transaction reports?

Yes theoretically possible but then i would need to manually check all
transactions to make sure that they go from pending to final. 
This kind of extra work i would like to avoid :D

Is there a way to automate escrow accounts? I have a similar issue in my
normal accounts when money leaves one account and shows up later on a
different account. I always need to manually check these transactions to
avoid double entries.
