[GNC] Multiple GnuCash Rev Installations

For Windows users, you can run the PortableApps version (which doesn't 
install anything) alongside your installed version.

In fact, as I see that the PortableApps version of GnuCash is now at 3.8, 
I'm updating at this very moment so I can try it out without disturbing 
my current version.
