[GNC] Chaning left sidebar spacing

Um, I not a Gtk person, but I did get then inspector. I can’t make heads or tails of what it’s making. I do see now that what I’m focused on are “horizontal” GtkBox’s in a notebook, but I still can’t seem to be able to change anything.
I guess I’m giving up; but I appreciate everyone’s help.
