[GNC] since Catalina, unable to open gnucash

It seems that maybe the /opt directory tree is being restricted by 
what OSX called System Integrity Protection.

Try following the steps to turn off SIP here:

http://osxdaily.com/2015/10/05/disable-rootless-system-integrity-protection-mac-os-x/

If not, please open a terminal window and supply the output of the 
command "ls -lR /opt".
