[GNC] Question marks instead of currency in reports

Hard to tell for reports, that would be up to webkit and while I found where it's set in the webkit source I don't see any default value there. Gtk's default on MacOS is SystemDefaultFont (San Francisco on El Cap and later) 12pt.
