[GNC] Fractional Hours?

I generated an invoice last month for 85.50 hours. Weirdly, the invoice
shows this as 171/2.

I'm running version 3.10+(2020-04-11) on Debian and I haven't changed any
settings that I know of.

How do I get decimal hours back on my tax invoices?
