[GNC] Gnucash 4.0 doesn't launch on MacOS X 10.15.4

Ditto on Mac OS 10.15.5. Opened without issues.
The first time it asked for the standard permission to open since it didn't come from the App Store.
But it didn't open.
Then I opened it again and it was fine.
