[GNC] Gnucash 4.0 not available via Flathub

Thanks John,

It seems that now it fails because of the missing program_options module 
in libboost. In any case, I already saw a patch branch there: 
https://github.com/flathub/org.gnucash.GnuCash/tree/nedrichards-patch-1.
