[GNC] AQBanking OFX DirectConnect

I changed aqb6 to use "LANGUAGE" like aqb5 did, because that is the
correct name (don't know where I read "LANG", I guess that was in
another protocol...)

According to the specs (1.6) "LANGUAGE" should be used.
