[GNC] How do I get back the cursor highlight for rows on the account page using CSS file on Windows 10?

The thing you're looking to set, I think, is

#account_tree:selected
{
  background_color: teal ;
  color:                    white ;
  font-weight:           bold ;
}

I like to have the bar inverted, you can fiddle with the colors to your
liking.
