[GNC] Change font size in MacOS X Mojave

I want to make the font size bigger for GnuCash on my Mac. I tried to
follow the instructions in the wiki, and came upon
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/GTK3 which is at best outdated.

It is possible I failed to create or find the right files as specified. I
may have been confused as to what constitutes GNC_CONFIG_HOME and
GTK_CONFIG_HOME on my Mac. I am running Mojave 10.14.6 It is possible that
the instructions are outdated, as they refer to files that don't exist in
the most recent version of GnuCash Version: 4.2 Build ID: 4.2+(2020-09-26).
It seems nothing is mentioned beyond version 3 in the wiki.
