[GNC] Odd Description Behaviour When Updating Description that ends with ")"

I've just recently noticed an unusual behaviour with the Description - if
you have an existing description that ends with a right round bracket e.g.
(From dd/mm/ccyy to dd/mm/2020) and you attempt to update the To Date to
2021 by simply highlighting the last 2 characters of 2020 and overtyping,
leaving the ")" character un-highlighted as soon as 1 character is entered
a ")" is also added automatically so you end up with "202)0" instead of the
expected "2020)"

Running Gnucash 4.2 on MacOS Big Sur.

Not sure if this occurs on Linux/Win 10 but will check further and if it's
NOT an existing bug will raise a bug report for it.
