Peter,

>From some of Laurel's early posts it would appear she has some access to IT
technicians with some Windows experience. Very risky as David Carlson
pointed out to share screens aside from the problems of different time zones
since we don't know in which country Laurel is located.  Laurel would have
to contact someone using their private email to arrange this as there is too
much risk posting contact details directly on the forum.
