[GNC] GnuCash 4.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

As with all steps from major-to-major version, be sure to run Actions > 
Check & Repair > Check & Repair all after opening your data file post 
4.x from 3.x upgrade. (see the wiki for more info) You must be on the 
'Accounts' tab to see that menu option.
