[GNC] Issues with Balance Sheet report in 4.2

When all accounts are selected, the report works fine.

The thing is that I only need a few accounts, not all, in the report. 

The relevant "Chart of Accounts" looks like this:

Assets
    <Owner (1 to 2)>
        <Account Taxation Class (1 to 3)>
            <Broker - Account # (1 to 2)>
                <CA>
                     <CAD>
                     <Canadian Securities (1 to n)
                <US>
                     <USD>
                     <US Securities (1 to n)

In total, there are about 10 brokerage accounts and the report has to show
only cash balances (CA:CAD and US:USD), for all accounts. CA subaccount is a
placeholder for Canadian cash & securities, US subaccount is a placeholder
for US cash & securities,
