[GNC] Duplicate Trading Account Created in V4.5

This is just a guess, but I'll bet this is related to this change:

	• Bug 798093 - Changing the symbol/abbreviation of a security after 
the trading account was created breaks GnuCash.
Makes it possible for the user to rename trading accounts or securities 
independent of each other.
