[GNC] MacOS - Unable to access files after upgrade to MacOS 12.0.1 Monterey

Hi Warren,

I have Privacy >> Files and Folders >> gnucash.app set to allow access to
Network Volumes, Documents Folder and Desktop Folder.  I can't for the life
of me remember how I did it though, I just have a vague recollection it
took a bit of dicking around to get it sorted.  I may have ended up
uninstalling and re-installing Gnucash or upgrading Gnucash to trigger the
prompt where it asks you to give it access to my documents folder which may
have added it the  list of apps under Files and Folders and then I was able
to add the other 2 locations I mentioned. Howsomever that's only a guess.
