[GNC] Hidden accounts appear in popups

That's always been true, and it's not a bug. As noted in the comments of the bug I cited, "Placeholder" might better be considered and named "Read Only."

You can mark an account that contains transactions as a placeholder? I 
didn't think that was possible. Sounds like another bug.
