[GNC] New Imbalance-XXX Behavior

 Hi All,
JRalls authored a patch not too long ago that  was around trading accounts and not finding the correct trading account when it wasn't at the top level, so it created a second one.  It will be included in 4.6.  This scenario sounds pretty similiar and I wonder if this is related.

Since Gnucash uses guid's, perhaps let it create the imbalance account 
in the root account, then rename/move it to a location of your 
choosing.  That way it maybe gets added to the list of valid imbalance 
accounts?
