[GNC] Import invoices ~ tax table

When I said the x in the “Taxable?” column is correctly showing which items are taxable, I was referring to the column in the invoice after import.

I do have a Y in the appropriate column of the csv file being imported - else I wouldn’t get the x in the “Taxable?” column.
