[GNC] Import invoices ~ tax table

Ahh yes - I mis-read your original email!

Here's a snapshot of my recent loadfile:

And here's a snapshot of my tax tables:

The loaded invoice looks fine in GN - the GST amount is correct and is
showing in the liabilities account as defined.
